Book care
Choose your helper. Book directly.
No care manager assigning you a stranger. You see who is available near you, meet them first, and arrange visits with them directly. Helpers set their own rate from £20 an hour and keep every penny of it; we add a 10% service fee to your total to run the platform and insure the visit.
Meet before anything starts
A short, no-obligation introduction at home, with family there if you would like. Ask about their experience and what they are comfortable providing. If it is not right, we will suggest someone else.
Request a time
Pick a slot from their calendar. Sessions are a minimum of one hour, with at least 24 hours’ notice. The request goes straight to your helper, who confirms it with you.
Settle into a routine
Keep the same helper at the same time each week. You agree changes directly with them, and you can stop whenever you need — no contract, no notice period.

Who confirms the booking
Your helper does. Witho introduces helpers and checks them thoroughly, but the arrangement for care is between you and the helper you choose — they are self-employed and work to your instructions, not ours. That is what keeps the service personal and far less expensive than a managed agency. Exactly what that means.
