Home support for older and disabled adults
Witho introduces families to vetted local helpers for the practical day-to-day: shopping, companionship, outings, errands, and light help at home.
The "Good Morning"
Breakfast made, plants watered, the day started right.
The "Out & About"
The weekly shop together, then coffee on the way home.
The "Companionship"
A hand with the crossword and a proper catch-up.
Witho takes nothing. Every pound goes to the person helping.
Support menu
Mix and match. Most families start with one or two regular sessions a week and shape things from there.
A short enquiry — who the support is for, what would help, and when. A real person replies within one working day.
We suggest a helper who fits — identity-checked, reference-checked, DBS-checked, and interviewed. You meet before anything starts.
Sessions are arranged directly between you and your helper, at £20 an hour — all of which is theirs.
What makes Witho different
The focus is staying at home, staying in control, and making life easier.
Clear pricing and clear positioning for adult children arranging support.
Support-only model, separate from regulated personal care. Vetted helpers, honest limits.
Why Witho exists
Witho began with a simple frustration: families paying more so that a middleman could take a slice, and the people actually turning up — making the breakfast, doing the shop, sharing the conversation — keeping less.
So we built it differently. Families pay £20 an hour and helpers keep all of it. Witho charges no platform fee and takes no commission. What we add is the part that matters most and is hardest to do alone: finding genuinely good local people, vetting them properly, and standing behind the introduction.
